Boma Evenings

“A Night under the stars….”

Our balmy Namibian evenings offers great opportunities for a great outdoor dining adventure. The ‘Boma’ has a long history dating back to old Africa where communities would use wooden stockades to secure livestock and fortify family homesteads.
Today we have adapted this custom to offer an exclusive African outdoor dining experience where clients can enjoy delicious meals under the starlit African skies.

You will be fully hosted by our team of enthusiastic staff and our Chefs who create scrumptious Al Fresco meals, preparing the evenings dinner on an open flame.

After dinner, clients lounge around the fire, sharing stories, laughter and experiences and as a treat, roast marshmallows, whilst observing the flickering flames dance idly and mesmerizing in the fire.

As the flames turn to embers, a final nightcap is served to end another spectacular evening out in the bush.

Imagine an evening of complete seclusion, as you arrive at the ‘Boma’ to the sound of African drums at sunset, coupled with the faint call of a nightjar in the distance. The scattered hanging lanterns offering an enchanting atmosphere as you unwind around the communal fire on luxurious bean bags and enjoy a toast to another wonderful day in Africa.
